The Psychedelic Swirl is the sixth Carnival Artifact. It is said that it "warps and distorts the souls of all who stare into it." The guests must find three light bulbs to cleanse it.

Guests must find three light bulbs, and to do so, they must enter Willie's Funhouse. Safiya and Rosanna manage to make it through all three rooms without being captured. As a prize, they get two light bulbs and each must vote a person in to the Funhouse Challenge. Nikita and Manny are voted in and must compete to get the final light bulb. Nikita wins, and Safiya was killed via fish hook instead of Manny because Safiya voted Nikita into the final challenge.
