The Temple is the second hallucination that the guests must go to behind the Mansion. The guests must pick the right masks to find the second key to Vincent's straitjacket. However, if they guess wrong, they must have a burlap sack on their heads to act as an extra life. If they do not have one, they will be ran through by the Samurai woman and ejected from the hallucinations.
