The Steam Machine Challenge is a challenge issued by Cedric in order to obtain the Gear Gem.
Mechanics[]
The chosen guests must try to activate the steam machine first before their opponent does. There are 4 challenges the chosen guests must go through.
First, they must pump the balls inside a tube and place it into the machine's pipe. Second, they must put the crank into a slot in order to open a box with cables inside. Third, they must connect all 3 cables to their respective outlet to open a chamber that contains a toolbox. Lastly, they must solve a tangram puzzle from the toolbox and pull the main lever in order to activate the steam machine.
For each puzzle a guest solves, a promethean man comes closer to their opponent. When all four puzzles are complete, the losing guest must have their heart ripped out of their chest by a promethean.
Results[]
While Gabbie has a lead in the beginning, Alex is the one who ultimately finishes first, resulting in a Promethean grabbing Gabbie, pinning her to the floor, and ripping her heart out from her chest using his hand.
