The Dollhouse Challenge is the fifth challenge of Season 1 of Escape The Night.
Mechanics[]
Two guests must be chosen by vote to enter the Doll Room. Before entering, the guests must place a tablet the group received at the pool on a mantle outside in order to gain access to the room.
Once entering, they will discover two wine glasses filled with red liquid along with a note that tells them to drink if they want to know more. After drinking, they will receive another note from under the door telling them they have been poisoned.
And in order for one of them to retrieve the antidote, they will have to search for three dolls on their sides of the room that best correspond with their nursery rhymes and place them in the described setting in their dollhouses.
Once one of them believes they have all three nursery rhymes right, they will slam their storybook on the drawer and a cabinet will open up, giving them the antidote, unknowingly to them being fake. After ingesting it, they will suddenly start to choke and then be killed.
The remaining guest will then be given a note from under the door telling them the real antidote is attacked to the back of the drawer. And, after ingesting it, they will be cured and also given the doll of Madison Jones’ daughter, Verona.
Results[]
Matt and Timothy are selected to go into the challenge. While working on their dollhouses, Matt believes he has all of his nursery rhymes right, so he goes to slam his storybook down before Timothy can. After slamming it, Matt receives the antidote and ingests it, but starts to choke and is killed, not knowing the antidote was filled with poison.
Timothy is then given the real antidote and the doll belonging to Verona, Madison Jones’ daughter, that will set Madison free from the estate.
